Hokkaido is a hotspot for tourists as well as new investments in areas like data centers, semiconductors, and renewable energy. However, Hokkaido faces societal challenges, driven by an aging and decreasing population. The F Village is a pioneering smart city development in Hokkaido, centered around the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters’ new stadium, attracting tens of millions of visitors per year since its inception in 2023. HFX will provide carefully selected startups from around the world with unparalleled access to resources and networks required for successful implementations of their solutions in Hokkaido and scaling these models to other regions.

Our goal is to drive implementation of cutting-edge technologies from around the world to transform Hokkaido into a beacon of sustainable development and technological advancement.
